We're not "OG's" or anything but we used to attend car meets back in 2011 before Instagram helped ruin the car scene. It seems like nowadays people attend car meets with the intention of getting "coverage" whether it's of their own car or of others'. It kind of takes away the "meet" in "car meet".
So what we did was we organized a day for people to come out and hang out with us and get to know each other. Ever since we've been releasing podcasts & music, we've seen a steady decrease in overall followers along with a steady increase of intimate social interaction with our listeners.
We truly can't wait to host another meet up again. Most people use social media to market or to purely gain "likes" and attention to make themselves feel better than other people but we're using social media to it's true potential to reach out to the people who fuck with us. We appreciate you guys more than you'll ever know.
We've said it once and we'll say it again, "we'd rather have a thousand soldiers than a million fans". We can see that we're "falling off" numbers wise, but we're starting to see who really fucks with us for who we are and not for what we drive. This is the transitional period where the "car people" will start to unfollow us and the real niggas start to show up, meaning ya'll (you know who you are).
